1. Who is responsible
AMCK Project Engineering SRL, registered in Romania under J35/478/2022, CUI 45592093, with its registered office at Calea Bogdăneștilor 48, Timișoara, Timiș, Romania (“AMCK”, “we”, “us”), is the controller for personal data it decides how and why to use. In some client-led processes, responsibilities may be allocated differently and will be explained where relevant.
2. Information we may use
Depending on your relationship with AMCK, information may include:
- identity and contact details;
- organisation, role and business contact information;
- CV, profile, qualifications, work history, availability, preferences and links you choose to provide;
- assignment requirements, interview notes and communications;
- contracting, onboarding, invoicing and compliance information where an engagement progresses;
- technical and security records generated by our service providers when you use online services.
This downloadable version of the website does not silently transmit completed form fields to AMCK. It prepares a message in your browser and opens your email application with the message addressed to office@amck-projects.com. You review the message and decide whether to send it.
3. Why we use information
We may use information to respond to enquiries; understand client requirements; assess and discuss professional suitability; arrange agreed introductions; support recruitment, contracting and onboarding; manage business relationships; protect systems and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and establish or defend legal claims.
Depending on the context, the legal basis may be steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a specialist recruitment business, compliance with law, or consent where consent is appropriate. We do not treat consent as the basis where another basis more accurately applies.
4. When information may be shared
Information may be shared with a prospective client for an agreed opportunity; service providers supporting communications, hosting, security or administration; professional advisers; public authorities where required; and another party in a genuine business reorganisation. AMCK does not sell personal data.
Professional profiles are not intended to be circulated to prospective clients without the individual knowing the opportunity and the intended introduction.
5. Retention and location
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant enquiry, recruitment relationship, contract, legal obligation or claim. Retention is reviewed according to the nature of the record, whether the relationship remains active and applicable limitation or regulatory periods. You may ask what period applies to your information.
AMCK operates from Romania and works with contacts in Ireland, both within the European Economic Area. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards should be used where required.
6. Your data protection rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict information; object to certain processing; receive portable data; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or another competent EEA authority.
A request may require reasonable identity verification. Some rights are not absolute, and AMCK will explain any lawful limitation that applies.
7. Security, accuracy and sensitive data
AMCK should use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect information. No internet or email method is completely secure. Please provide only information relevant to the enquiry and do not place passwords, full identity-document numbers, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in website messages.
Tell AMCK if important profile or contact information changes. Information relating to health, background checks or other special categories will be requested only when appropriate, lawful and necessary for a specific process.
